- Peperoncino: Le caratteristiche benefiche del peperoncino (con il suo carico piccante), sono note sin da tempo antico. Ha effetti fortemente antibatterici, aumenta e facilita il metabolismo ed è fonte immediata di energia . Può essere utilizzato inoltre come coadiuvante nelle allergie della pelle.. riducendo bruciori e pruriti;
- Curcuma: La curcuma contiene un antiossidante che con l’uso prolungato, pare essere in grado di ridurre il rischio di soffrire di patologie cardiache. Oltre a essere un noto anti-infiammatorio, dei recenti studi hanno rilevato anche una non ben nota capacità di limitare la crescita di alcune cellule tumorali, anche se ulteriori ricerche di conferma saranno necessarie;
- Cardamomo: Esso contiene il limonene, un fortissimo antiossidante. Inoltre è un forte alleato per la nostra salute, perchè diminuisce la pressione arteriosa eaiuta la digestione;
- Cannella: Un recente studio svedese ha dimostrato come la cannella possa essere utile nei casi di diabetedi tipo 2, per una naturale capacità del condimento di regolare la quantità di zuccheri disciolti nel sangue;
- Zenzero: Spezia dalle note proprietà antiossidanti e anti-infiammatorie; lo zenzero è ottimo per agevolare la digestione lenta. Inoltre, la radice pare che abbia anche degli effetti di contrasto per la nausea o i giramenti di testa da movimento;
- Finocchio: non propriamente un appartenente alle spezie in senso stretto, il finocchio tritato finemente può avere degli effetti benefici per i crampi addominali dovuti sia a cattiva digestione che a problemi mestruali;
- Prezzemolo: l’Università del Missouri ha trovato nel prezzemolo degli elementi di contrasto al tumore alla mammella, sebbene la normale assunzione con i pasti non pare essere sufficiente come cura. Detto questo, la pianta contiene moltissime vitamine – C, B12, K e A – utili al sistema immunitario;
- Aglio: anche le proprietà dell’aglio sono ben note, soprattutto come antibatterico e come valido aiuto per il sistema immunitario. Riduce inoltre la pressione, ha funzioni naturali antistaminiche e può aiutare il controllo del colesterolo ineccesso;
- Coriandolo: i semi di coriandolo sembra abbiano effetti unici sulla digestione e, recentemente, sono diventati una delle strategie di miglior successo per alleviare i sintomi della sindrome da intestino irritabile;

They are much loved and ingredients used in the world, but unfortunately not everyone knows that they are not only an excellent ingredient to enrich the flavor of our food and or to reinvent an already known, but they also have many beneficial properties!
They add to the taste, well-being and good natural aid to digestion, intestinal balance, to the production of bacterial flora and the formation of enzymes positive.
Many spices, especially those most common in Indian cuisine and Eastern Europe, have antioxidant properties (a little help in more then to our beloved body).
